Wednesday

July 29

Made it about 20 feet in the door and spent the first few hours at one table.
Picked up Ben Rice, Jacob Misorowski, and Cam Schlitter rookies for under $0.50

Thursday

July 30

Started the day off with a table with $3, $5, and $10 singles. Got a lot of Ja Morant and Zion Williamson low end rookies. Then went to a table I had purchased some Astros autographs at last year. I picked up a couple of Phil Garner autos, Calvin Murphy auto, and miscellaneous game used at $4 per card including some Astros. Next table was the I spent in the day. They had a 3 for $1 box that was pretty loaded. I was finding Yordan rookies and many $5+ cards. I bought about 900 singles from those boxes and added some hall of fame relics for grab bag hits pictured below. I finished they day with Jacksonville sports cards. I first met them at Tristar years ago. They have about 30 feet of $1 boxes as low as $0.70 per card but all sorted by team. I picked up many numbered Astros and lots of rookies and inserts in all the Houston teams. I intend to go back and finish checking their autos and relics tomorrow.

Friday

July 31

Overslept to start the day; part being up late and part not setting the alarm correctly. Missed early entry and got caught in crowd for regular entry. Started the day back at Jacksonville Sports Cards going through their relic and auto boxes picking up about 75 cards at $4 each. Also picked up some from their display case such as a Billy Wagner auto, Josh Hader auto, Jeremy Pena auto, and a few cards for specific customers. I then found ABC Sports Cards which is the vendor I stopped at first in 2025's show. I picked up about 275 singles out of their $1 box all Astros, Rockets. and Texans. Flipped through their $4 boxes and found a nice Mike Burrows Astros auto as well as some Griffey Jr RCs.

I left the show early about 4:00 to go visit my friend Steven at Steven's Collectibles in Countryside. He had a beautiful George Springer Dynasty Auto/Patch to 5 as well as a nice Tek Bagwell auto. I fly back Saturday night so I plan to hit the show hard early tomorrow focusing on low end $4-$10 singles for the display cases. I'll be leaving early for the airport about 4:00.
